Description

Serenity West is a 2nd row (semi-ocean front) duplex that is only 1 lot from the ocean with GREAT views! There is a PRIVATE (not shared with east side – exclusive to West side, only), 15’x30′, CHLORINE POOL and direct beach access! This well-appointed home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Q*Q*Q*B, S* The fully stocked kitchen offers quartz countertops, an island with breakfast bar seating, stainless steel stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, and a blender. Hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas and bedrooms and the bathrooms have beautiful tile. The private pool area offers an abundant amount of seating. In addition, there are both covered and uncovered, furnished decks off the great room and a sun deck off the top floor bedroom. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower with a dressing area. Other amenities included, but are not limited to, 4 Smart TV’s, Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, charcoal grill, full size crib, booster seat and baby gate. This home is rented Sunday-Sunday. Linens are included (beds will be made) with weekly rentals. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! (The pool does not have the capability to be heated).
