Located across the street from Beach Access 39, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is less than a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach!Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers an array of amenities including a Clubhouse and a Pool directly on the Beach. 11 total pools (5 of which are heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffleboard, playground, 18-hole putt-putt course, fitness center, as well as 24 hours security.Upstairs this unit has a king bed in the 1st bedroom. In the 2nd bedroom, it has 2 full size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed along with the futon. Also, it has 2 bathrooms upstairs.There is a full pull-out sleeper sofa downstairs and a half bath just off the living area downstairs.The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of seating.High speed internet and cable provided as well.The unit backs up to a canal so bring your fishing poles and drop a line in the canal. Enjoy the views of the canal while grilling on the provided charcoal grill and then eat waterfront on the cozy patio with family and friends.Nearby you can enjoy the Just Jump Trampoline Park, only a mile north, or shop at Pier Park, just five miles northwest. Some of the finest local seafood can be found at the Saltwater Grill, just a half-mile north. Have fun at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley’s Believe it or Not!, and WonderWorks just a mile away.We also have a ring doorbell camera and ring camera out back of unit for added security.
