This gorgeous condo features 15′ vaulted ceilings in the family room and master bedroom with a large private courtyard and hottub. You will be nestled in Tybee Island’s only true oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has three swimming pools, one of which is heated in cold weather (Tybee’s only heated pool) and a popular beach front restaurant and lounge, Marlin Monroe’s, with complimentary WIFI internet access.This condo is completely furnished. An open living space creates a great atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy, while 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The Master Suite has a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The queen bed has a brand new pillow top mattress! There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, as well as the living area which also includes a DVD player.The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do.The condominium is located in a great mid-island location across the street from Memorial Park which features the public library, YMCA, a wonderful playground, charcoal grilling stations; as well as volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This condo is NOT pet friendly. Parking for 2 vehicles.
