The 1,500 sq.ft. open floor plan and 300 sq.ft. deck are perfect for relaxing while on vacation. This exceptionally clean villa contains everything you’ll need while away from home: washer/dryer, wireless internet, 2 HD TV’s, beach toys and much more. All you need to do is pack your clothes!The master bedroom has a king bed and a love seat that opens into a twin sleeper. The master bath has been remodeled and there are plenty of clean fresh towels available. The second bedroom has two twin beds and connects to the other remodeled bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.The great room is the perfect place to kick back after a day of activities. Pick a movie from our DVD library and enjoy the big-screen TV, cozy up with a book from our bookshelf or enjoy one of the numerous games/puzzles. Speaking of games, there’s even a foosball table available! And when it’s bedtime, the sofa in the Great room opens to a queen bed.The kitchen has also been remodeled and includes a convenient breakfast bar that seats three. Or for those larger meals, use the dining room with seating for six. Porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, foyer, dining room and both baths add a touch of class.And if you’re still working on that tan, step outside onto the large deck with built-in bench, gas grill, table and plenty of seating.There are five pools in the Queen’s Grant for your use and you’re only a ten minute walk from the beach. If walking is not your thing, you can bike or use the Free Dunes Buggy shuttle service that will take you anywhere in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove (April – September).
