Lots of room for a group with an eat in kitchen and large living space. Five bedrooms: 2 downstairs, with a shared bathroom and 3 upstairs. Master bedroom located upstairs with private bathroom. Large space under the house to lounge, grill and hang out, beach closet with bikes, surfboards, beach chairs and umbrellas. 2 public beach accesses are a five minute walk away. Community dock on the marsh for fishing, kayaking, watching beautiful sunsets and more. Restaurants, putt putt, ice cream shops and more a short bike or car ride away.
