House is well equipped in the kitchen and extensive game closet and toys. Outside hot Private Shower House and patio with tables and umbrellas, large yard, lake access / lakefront property with fishing, lovely enclosed front porch, 2 full baths, large living room and dining room, dishwasher. and large washer/dryer. Just a short walk or bike ride to the famous Boardwalk – rides, arcades, and food or just stroll the beautiful mile long boardwalk to the inlet. Short bike ride or walk to town full of restaurants, fish markets, specialty shops, ice cream, antiques, grocery, bagels and coffee, deli and pharmacy. Visit the inlet to watch the boats or fishing. No problem parking – 2 car driveway and free street parking. Just 2 blocks to Bayhead train stop and minutes from the Pt. Pleasant Beach train station. Local playground several blocks away -basketball and tennis courts. Weekly fireworks at the boardwalk, watch from our front porch. New CENTRAL air conditioning.
