5 Bed/3Bath Corner Condo Steps to Beach, Boards & Downtown!******NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS******Come enjoy the wrap around porches w/ awnings & complementary ocean breezes. Immaculate condo recently renovated w/ real hardwood floors, built in cabinets in dining area, and tasteful furnishings through out! This is a custom 1st floor corner property desirably situated steps to beach, boards and downtown. Plenty of room for entertaining with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, open floor plan has modern kitchen w/ large center island, full dining area, living room with fireplace.To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement:- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement- Copy of individual’s drivers license- Home address- Home and cell phone numbers- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach housePlease note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as 10 beach tags!
