Nicely upgraded pool home perfect for three families.Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one Queen – all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children’s rooms have full over full bunk beds. The children’s rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 43′ plasma tv with cable tv.The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround — plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas bbq grill.The game room, located in the detached garage, has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack n’ play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers.The main living room has high-speed wireless internet.
