(Saturday noon to Saturday 10am each week).Located just 4 houses from a private beach, this 5 bedroom 1 bath cottage makes for the ideal summer vacation. Enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks in the afternoon as you relax on your enclosed porch with views of the Long Island Sound. Situated on 100×100 ft property guests have available to them a full kitchen (gas stove) complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans; full bath; living room (with full size sleeper) dining room (table expands to hold 12), enclosed porch with seating for everyone. Gas grill, picnic table with umbrella, outdoor shower (cold water only), basketball hoop, large side yard to play and relax, TV, Cable, Wi-Fi, phone; and access to Association’s boat launch are included in rental. You are responsible to provide linens, towels, toiletries, bedding and pillows, paper products, condiments, beach chairs and beach umbrellas and the like.Check in 1:00 pm Saturday, Check out 10:00 am Saturday.We only rent to responsible adults and families. Great for two families to share!PLEASE NOTE: No parties, please. No tents, camping, motor-homes, fire pits, or chimeneas. Pets are not permitted. NON-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE. Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Special rates available for monthly rent.
