The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.-High Chair & Pack n’ Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.The home has a complete set of stairs (1) in addition to a two-step threshold to enter the property. Max 3 units per house.-Oceanfront Patio is for your Sole Enjoyment.- You are provided with the (2) Parking Spot in the (2) Car Garage. Although your Large Trucks/SUVs may fit, mid-sized vehicles are recommended. Garage dimensions are (78.5″ H – 229″ L – 92″ W per garage stall)- Laundry facilities are shared in the Garage.- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.-Firepit must not be left unattended while ignited.- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm – 7 am.-No Patio Access after 10pm
