2023 Season is here! Reservations are open for the spring/fall for short visits and summer visits run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. If you are looking for a short spring/fall stay this is the place to be. 2 miles from Head Beach and a few miles from Popham Beach. Morse Mountain is right down the road and a great short hike. Located on a private driveway. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away this is it!! The Grange Hall can accommodate a large family or group. Also available for private functions such as corporate get aways or wedding party accommodations*Bodwell Grange Hall is a 115 year old grange hall that I renovated into a 5 bedroom, 2 bath rental. This is a large space for you to enjoy with your family and friends.Full size kitchen, sunroom, living room, sitting rooms and large Great Room.I furnish a Head Beach parking pass for your car to visit the beach during your stay.My listing says no pets but i will allow based on a discussion at booking.Summer rentals is for 7 days.
