Stunning 5 Bedroom 4 1/2 bath home located in the gated community of Veranda Palms.This home is elegantly designed with a private pool and spa*.An extended lanai all screened in for your entertainment or to just relax with nature.This magnificent pool is south facing for all day long sunshine and has a pond conservation view with NO REAR NEIGHBORS!The kitchen boasts wood cabinets, granite countertops, center island, stainless appliances, fully equipped, pantry with eat in space.You will find this home to be beautifully bright with its expansive ceilings.The Master bedroom downstairs boasts lots of space a smart TV, walk in closet, a bathroom with dual side by side vanities, garden tub, and walk in glass shower.Upstairs, you will find the large loft area with a pool table and a 55″ smart TV along with the remaining 4 bedrooms all with bedrooms have smart TV’s.The games room has been recently decorated and improved.The house has good high quality Internet with fast WIFI in every room.The villa also has off street parking for 2 vehiclesThe Veranda Palms community features a swimming pool, fitness center, reserve land close to it and is only about 5 minutes from Pioneer Park on Shingle Creek with country walks and historic buildings.It is close to shopping, restaurants, and 15 Minutes from Disney amusement parks.Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
