It is a step up and overlooks the living room. It also has a big picture window that looks out on the front stone patio and yard.Both bedrooms have French doors onto the big back deck.The back deck is a place of peaceful beauty. Enjoy a glass of wine, cook your meals on the grill or just relax. Later in the evening you can often hear the waves crashing on the beach in the stillness of the night.The house is located on a quiet street, with not a lot of traffic. Front and back yards are fully fenced. Off street parking in the driveway. Minimum 30 day stay, no exceptions.
