Free Wi-Fi is included.What’s new for 2023? There is a long list: new living room widescreen TV; new cookware, dinnerware and wine glasses; retiled flooring in the foyer, main living area, kitchen and dining room; same area repainted; removed popcorn ceiling in these areas too; kitchen island is now tiled; all doors, trim, baseboards, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets repainted; new walk-in showers in all bathrooms; new toilets and bathroom sinks; new ceiling fans in main living area, all bedrooms and lanai; lots of new furniture; all new switches and outlets; and new smoke detectors.Flat-screen TVs are located in the family room and all bedrooms. Each of the TVs is equipped with Roku or Amazon Fire Stick for streaming through your Netflix, Hulu, Sling or other subscription account. There is plenty of free streaming content available through Crackle, Pluto, Tubi and dozens of other apps available on Roku or Amazon Fire TV as well.The kitchen comes equipped with Keurig and drip coffee makers, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, mixer and a crock pot. A roll of paper towels, dish soap, scrubbing sponge and two kitchen garbage bags are provided. There is also a gas barbecue grill available in the garage at no additional charge.A new high efficiency washer and dryer were installed at Mufasa’s Pride in 2023.The bathrooms are furnished with towels, washcloths and hand towels. A roll of toilet paper is provided for each bathroom.
