On the deck is one of the largest available commercial hot tubs made by the premier vendor (Hot Springs), where up to 9 can soak in the mesmerizing views and ocean breezes. Rinse off in the outdoor shower at the end of a super beach day. Enjoy the large custom rock gas fire pit as you watch the evening stars with family and friends.Unobstructed View from Nearly Every Room. The house is ideally situated with very large windows and breathtaking unobstructed views from almost every room. The main living area is walled with glass sliders to maximize views and sea breezes, and is cooled/heated with a 3-ton commercial aircon system just for that open area. The newly renovated kitchen and dining table area are open to the living room.All 5 Bedrooms Have Unobstructed Views. There are 5 bedrooms with sleeping for up to 10, all air-conditioned with individual room temperature controls. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main level, with 180-degree wrap-around views. Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms. 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds with fantastic unobstructed views. The primary/master bedroom is a very large private upstairs suite with king size bed and unobstructed 180-degree wrap-around views. Finally, there is a bedroom on the lower level with queen bed and double sliders to a walk-out private patio with full views of the beach. The owner provides 800 thread-count bed sheets and Egyptian towels both for bathing and for the beach.Breathtaking Morning Sunrises and Moonrises. Dogs are permitted if they are registered at the time of reservation for a per-dog fee. As is customary in vacation rentals, there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
