Nestled on a corner lot with a calming cactus garden, embrace the patio with beautiful sunset views while grillin’ with the family. Just 5 min from the brand new Riviera Launch & 12 min from London Bridge & launch ramps, enjoy all that beautiful LHC has to offer. Please let me know if propane is out. The backyard has a lovely cacti garden. Please do not let children run near the cacti as they have sharp prickles. Please enjoy a meal out on the patio looking at the beautiful lake and enjoy the cacti garden as well as the palm tree.Guest access*******No access to viewing deck or garage.Do not climb the stairwell or go on it.Other things to noteTPT License: 21447008*We are located in the desert so please be aware of all that has to offer including bugs, insects and critters.
