Newly renovated,3 bedroom,1.5 bath ranch located .4 of a mile to South Middle Beach and Bass River Beach.The house is ideally located being the last house on a dead end road.There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, second bedroom has a queen bed,,third bedroom has two twin beds.Central air conditioning makes this property very comfortable for sleeping and after a long day at the beach.All beds are in good shape and very comfortable, living room is equipped with a 75 in Roku tv,equipped with you tube tv,and up to date streaming apps.Kitchen is equipped with a new gas stove,microwave,new fridge,and beautiful granite countertops.In the backyard,the home provides a very private and quiet retreat… a large patio with an oversized outdoor shower,weber gas grill,and a large yard which is ideal for children.The home also has hardwood flooring throughout and a new stackable washer/dryer located just off the master bedroom..The location is fantastic being right near the beach and also very close to rt.28 offering excellent proximity to Stop and Shop,multiple restaurants,mini-golf,ice cream,liquor store, since its a dead end road there is hardly any cars which makes it safe for kids activities..Also,walking distance to Blue Water,if you feel the urge to grab a drink at a beachside bar to watch the sunset.A new fire pit has been added off the patio and a new stone driveway has been installed.
