5 Minutes to Zilker & Barton Springs with Parking!This is easily the best location to start your Austin adventure! You can easily walk to Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park for all of the awesome festivals such as ACL, Blues on the Green, the Kite Festival, or just go hang out and relax with the Austin skyline as your backdrop.This one bedroom apartment has an absolutely perfect location! It’s right next to Zilker Park and downtown, which means you’re super close to everything. It’s recently been redecorated. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably with 2 in the luxurious king bed and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa.The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, range oven and utensils. Sleeping 4 with 2 in the king size bed with fluffy pillows and hotel quality sheets, and two more on the comfy queen sofa sleeper in the living room.There is a pool just outside the apartment. Guests are welcome to use the pool but please be respectful of the neighbors. Pool hours are 10am to 10pm. There is also a community coin operated laundry facility on the property.Work from home or keep the family entertained with High speed G Fiber WIFI (1 GB) and our large smart TV in the living room. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!The rental comes with 1 unreserved parking spot that we provide a parking pass for you to park with. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro’s website).We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests’ privacy.1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance3) No events or parties4) Please ask us about pets. LIMIT 2 small. There is a one time pet-cleaning fee of $85. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet; we need specific cleaning supplies to ensure allergens are gone before the next guest. If we are not notified 48 hours prior to check in, the fee will be $105. Animals must be crated when you’re away, not climb on furniture, and not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages incurred.5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee – price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
