King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room.Bed linens and towels charges are included during summer months. Includes, sheets, and light quilt or light comforter, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels.NOTE:WHEN LINENS ARE PROVIDED, THE TOP QUILT/LIGHT COMFORTER IS ALWAYS LAUNDERED AFTER EVERY RENTAL…. (Most property owners and rental companies only wash the top quilt/blanket “when needed”….) You can bring your own linens and towels and save the $150.00 charge. (Memorial Day thru Labor Day.) You can bring your own bed linens and towels and save the $150.00 charge. If you want to bring your own linens, I will need to adjust the price before you request to book the condo. We use a local linen service that has been in business for 25+ years.Departure cleaning is $150.00. The refundable security deposit is $200.00*** We own 2 condos in Ocean Keyes, but only own 1 golf cart. We purchased a NEW 2022 Golf Cart. Please send an inquiry and ask if our golf cart is available or if it has already been reserved with our other condo. It makes getting back and forth to the beach fast and super easy. With the golf cart, you can park in the paid lots along Ocean Blvd for FREE. Otherwise, it is $4.00 per hour. ***Toiletries are provided year round with all nightly and weekly rentals. Toiletries include: 1 roll of paper towels, bath tissue, aluminum foil, saran wrap, sandwich baggies, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen. It is a short walk to the beach, or you may drive and take advantage of FREE public beach parking located all along Ocean Drive which is easily accessed through the back gated entrance to Ocean Keyes located on Hillside Drive.The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a NEW 65″ 4k SONY LCD TV and a Blu-ray DVD player.There is a full-sized HE washer and dryer in the Condominium as well as an iron and ironing board.The kitchen features granite counter tops and is fully equipped with a smooth-top range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, a 10 cup coffeemaker, a Keurig coffeemaker, air fryer, blender, toaster, pot and pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.The master suite comes with a king bed, a 40” HD TV and DVD player, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan & bath with tile flooring & a 6′ foot tub/shower.The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. A flat screen TV, and a full bath with tile flooring.Ocean Keyes features 6 swimming pools, 4 kiddie pools, 6 hot tubs, a fitness center, and a recreation room with an LCD TV, card tables, and a pool table. There are also 2 tennis courts. One of the tennis courts is marked for pickleball. (There are public pickle ball courts a short distance from Ocean Keyes) There are barbecue areas with gas grills, picnic tables, walking paths throughout the community, and a large lake.Ocean Keyes is also connected to the city wide bike path system. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed.The Myrtle Beach area features nearly 100 golf courses, restaurants, miniature golf courses, theaters, as well as some of the best shopping on the east coast including Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and the Coastal Grand Mall.Some of the most popular attractions include The Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, The House of Blues, The Palace Theatre at Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, I-Max Theater, Celebrity Square, Hard Rock Cafe, and numerous Night Clubs.Thanks for your interest and feel free to reach out with any questions.
