No beach parking sticker or parking fees are necessary. A beach chair, cooler, and towel are all you’ll need (provided!) The fully appointed ocean-view home has been completely renovated, sleeps 9, and will be ready for your arrival. Beds will be made, and clean sheets, towels, and blankets will be available, so pack lightly. Perfect for a girl’s weekend away, families, romantic vacations, and a place to stay with family or friends for a local wedding. We offer spectacular, sweeping ocean views from many vantage points on a private, quiet, safe street. We just built a beautiful 4 season sunroom where you may imagine enjoying the sunrise or sunset in complete comfort and coastal ambiance. The large windows bring the outside indoors! We have high-speed Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV (many channels and apps) on the first floor, and several board games for additional entertainment. Subtle nautical design and touches are found throughout the home. The fabulous kitchen allows you to prepare meals while still engaging with your guests and family members. Cook comfortably with upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island for gathering. You’re lucky if you’re a wine lover, as a built-in wine cooler is in the island’s center! We provide many cooking, baking, and serving tools, pots, pans, mixers, and lobster pots. A separate bar area with additional storage and a new “sea-glass tile backsplash add to the upgrades. Here, you will find all the necessary glasses and the bar tools, accessories, and blenders to make delicious craft cocktails. There is a renovated half bathroom on the first floor and an amazing full bath on the second floor. The enclosed, private outside shower is available from April through October, with hot and cold water and excellent shower pressure.The master bedroom is on the second floor and faces the ocean, featuring sliding doors that lead directly to the renovated deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night while taking in the view. There is also a comfortable couch for napping. The master bedroom has a TV and a new hybrid mattress with an adjustable frame for increased comfort when reading or watching TV.There are two other bedrooms on the second floor; one contains a full and a trundle bed, while the other houses a queen bed. There is enough room for the whole family! The basement is also finished with a full pullout couch, TV, and plenty of room to stretch out. A washer and dryer, ironing board, and clothes steamer.
