This home has hurricane proof windows and doors and was was designed in 2022 with the most modern furniture, finishes, and appliances to be very high end. The countertops are quartz and all the appliances are black stainless with a separate wine cooler. Each bedroom has large flat screen tv’s and custom built in closets with comfortable quality mattresses. There are laundry machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor for convenience making it close to the bedrooms on each level. This property is on the 2nd and 3rd floor level with private access from the 1st floor door facing the beach. This home has 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms completely remodeled. There is seating for meals at the kitchen island with 4 bar stools for 4 people at a time and not a formal dining room. There is also a first floor studio unit with its own private access from the parking lot side for 2 people which is rented separately at different times throughout the year. The 1st floor unit for 2 people is approximately 200-400 per night depending on the time of the year.
