The top floor is where the rooftop terrace is located which is “decked out” with patio furniture for you to enjoy our great weather.Located in Knox Henderson, this is an extremely walkable area. On property, there is a private 2 car garage. There is additional guest parking behind the gates on a case by case basis, and there are available street parking opportunities as well. You can walk out of the complex and you are a block away from restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There is a Sprouts Grocery store down the street and you are about 3 minutes from I-75 which gets you to anywhere else you’d like to go in Dallas Proper.
