The home is approximately a 10-15 minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from Kiawah Island’s pristine beach.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s front entrance and rear deck. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $100/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300.
