The villa offers two bedrooms, ocean views, and easy beach access.The main living space features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, which opens to the covered deck with ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing your vacation meals. The dining table comfortably seat 4 guests. The living area features a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, and a large mounted TV. The covered deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Kiawah beach and ocean views. The oceanfront master suite offers a king bed and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a full bed, twin bed, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement.
