The kitchen has purified hot and cold water, custom floor-to-ceiling soft closure cabinetry, double ovens, a pull-out spice rack with spices provided, tray storage, and stocked with all the utensils you would have at home.Two large primary bedrooms each with its own 42″ HD TV and large compartmented closets with valet pulls for generous storage. Both primary bathrooms have marble walk-in showers with full-size built-in benches, double bowl sinks, and lots of storage. The main primary bath has a heated tile floor for an extra dose of luxury. Upstairs you will find the sitting room with a queen pullout sofa and the media room with 2 sofas. Downstairs there is a separate laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer, and lots of cabinets for storage. Beach towels (8) are provided plus beach chairs (4).Other amenities include a premier TV channel for uninterrupted movie viewing and WIFI. There is a built-in desk with an ocean view. The ocean views from the balcony are incomparable with 180-degree views of the beach. The balcony has a 50″ high boy table and chairs, seating 6 comfortably. The guests look over the railing – not through it – at the ocean. The villa includes a starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry, and dishwashing detergent. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles permitted for overnight parking.Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, May 25, 2024, through the Saturday after Labor Day, September 6, 2024, all rentals are 7 days – Saturday to Saturday.All National Holidays: Easter Week, July 4th Week, Labor Day Week, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, and New Year’s Week are 7 days rentals – Saturday to Saturday.
