With Cape Cod being only 3 miles wide in Eastham, bay and ocean beaches are quickly and easily accessible. Take advantage of The Landing convenience store just up the street for groceries, local art, and sunset ice cream treats! This Cape style home offers vaulted ceilings providing bright open living space. Upon entering the front door, you will find a living room (with 43″ smart TV) which organically flows to the large kitchen and adjacent dining room. The back deck is easily accessible from the sliding doors in the dining room. There are two bedrooms each with two twin beds and a full bathroom with a tub on the main floor. On the second floor find a lofted bright sitting space perfect for cuddling up with a book or for a game night with great company! The primary bedroom with queen bed, 39″ TV, and en suite bathroom with tub are also on this floor. Take advantage of the spacious yard with mature shade trees and a picnic table while barbecuing or playing lawn games after a day at the beach. Eastham is a highly desirable vacation destination as it is home to the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center and is a convenient to drive to all major attractions including Provincetown. There are AC’s in each bedroom. The outdoor shower is not enclosed. BOOK NOW!!
