The dining area offers a table with seating for six and additional access to the pool area. The open kitchen showcases granite countertops and backsplash, white cabinetry, a large island with bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances and a sitting area with two chairs.The first-floor master suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, side chair, and deck access. Its modern bathroom offers a vanity with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and another has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Go up the colorful stairs to reach the fourth and final bedroom. It features a king-sized bed, twin bunk murphy beds, mounted flat screen TV, access to open-air deck overlooking the pool area and golf course, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.The back deck boasts incredible views of Cougar Point Golf Course and a private, heated pool. The home’s incredible outdoor space allows plenty of room for everyone to relax, grill, or eat an al fresco meal at the table for six.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do NOT have access to the garage.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature.
