Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, chic coastal décor, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds, gorgeous views of the water, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.The screened-in porch offers seating for four, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the deck. Enjoy lounging on the 900-square-foot sundeck or take a dip in the waterside pool! The deck area features plenty of seating for lounging and dining.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300.
