The dining space seats 6 and offers easy access to the screened porch.The first-floor master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and has direct access to the porch.The spacious master bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and two sinks. Upstairs, there is a second living space with a sleeper sofa and TV. It shares a bathroom with another bedroom that features a king-sized bed and TV. That bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Down the hall you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature.
