It has been in a vacation rental program for a few years with awesome reviews.Do you want to be close to the Cape Coral Beach (when it re-opens), close to the community pool, restaurants (Yacht Club Opening Soon) and shopping… here is your vacation home! Walk to the restaurant and beach area! Rent a kayak or paddle board…This home has charm and coziness with a great outdoor space to relax and cook a burger on the propane grill. As well as it offers a split floor plan for the bedrooms, they are on separate sides of the home. One bath with walk in show and the other with tub/shower.There is anything and everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Even though this home does not have a pool we have a local venue The Tiki that has a pool that is open to the community as well as when the Yacht Club opens back up they have a community pool.We offer beach chairs and umbrella for the beach as well as all your home needs.
