2022 newly renovated house with a private heated pool (with an electric safety cover), fenced in private yard, and access to a private-residents only beach, playground, tennis court, dog park, and marina. The house is located in Norwalk, CT in the Rowayton Elementary School district less than 2 miles from the train station, shopping, restaurants, etc. and only 45 miles from Grand Central.The house is located in a private beach neighborhood, where only residents have access to the beach (renters are granted access to all neighborhood amenities). It’s great for families as the neighborhood is quiet with walking only paths and areas that are safe for kids to scoot, bike, and walk to/from the beach and playground. The house has a fenced in backyard with grass and is adjacent to the beach path which is a 4 minute walk from the house to the playground, tennis courts, and beach area.The house has an open floorplan downstairs with gourmet kitchen appliances and an oversized 10′ kitchen island and a large dining table. The kitchen flows into the family room which features a large smart TV as well as 16′ sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard and pool. A first floor playroom also has the ability to be converted to a first floor bedroom as it has a private bathroom with shower and doors that can close the room off from the living area for privacy. The playroom/bedroom also have oversized sliding glass doors that open to the pool and backyard. The first floor has a separate powder room and a large mudroom for shoes, jackets, and storage. The 2nd floor is dedicated to bedrooms and laundry. The master has a King bed, 55″ smart TV, private balcony overlooking the backyard and pool, a double vanity bathroom with a huge master shower (4’x7′ with dual shower heads on each side), a large walk-in closet that also has a desk and can serve as a work station. The 1st guest room has a Queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and large windows overlooking the pool. The 3rd and 4th guestrooms share the hall bathroom which has a tub and double vanity. The 3rd bedroom is the kids room which has 2 twin beds (one is a car bed), a toddler bed (with crib mattress), and a portable crib (that can be moved to another room if needed). The 4th bedroom serves as a guest room or office as it has a bed as well as an office desk with extra monitor that can be connected via HDMI cable to a laptop. There is also a laundry room upstairs with an oversized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space. We know how important internet is, so the house has both coaxial and fiber optic service. It’s also a very efficient house as each room has it’s own temperature control.The house is located in Norwalk, CT in the Rowayton Elementary School district and is within 5 minutes drive to the Maritime Aquarium and Stepping Stones Children’s Museum.
