Our unit is located on the 5th floor of the San Marco Residences, across from the beach access to Marco’s beautiful Crescent Beach and the JW Marriott. Just completed full renovation with all high end finishings, quartzite counters, marble bath, and large center island. An oasis to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. You can walk to the beach, and to several restaurants and shops.There are two separate bedrooms, master with king and another with a twin bed, providing accommodations for three people to sleep in beds. An additional person can be accommodates on the sofa in the living area.The property includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, gas grill area on property with outdoor seating and laundry on each floor.There is a dedicated parking space.We strive to provide our guests a five star experience and have been pleased to be able to do that with our other home #4141912 and with this property.
