Well maintained waterfront cabin on Frye island. Enjoy the water from the 60 foot dock behind the house. Watch the incredible sunsets, from the two decks on the house. 6 bedrooms, 2 baths. Great home for 1 large or 2 small families to take in the wonderful island. Home has kayaks, tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles and cornhole for outdoor activities, also has 2 sets of golf clubs -not great but certainly can get you around the course. On a rainy day several board games are equipped as well. Island has several amenities, general store, cafe, ice cream stand, golf course, pickle ball courts, swimming pool and 10 beautiful beaches.The island is located in the middle of Sebago Lake.If you are a fisherman, I know many of the Maine guides well and there is great fishing for lake trout, landlocked salmon and small mouth bass. They know my home and will pick you right up on my dock. Several places rent boats that I can recommend7 day Saturday to Saturday rentals only during peak season in July and August. Other rentals considered off season.Moorings were updated in 2020, we will not accept any liability on a mooring issue though.
