Unit is located on the 3rd floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 6 with the queen pullout sofa bed. WiFi included, Smart TV’s, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started!This is a partially upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is as close to the beach as you can possibly get. 2 brand new bathrooms; newly decorated. It just doesn’t get better than this. It is located on the 3rd level (1st level is parking) and you must be able to climb stairs, as there is NO elevator on the property.The entire condo unit other than one locked owner’s closet.North end of the World Famous Clearwater Beach. Close enough to the busier part of the beach if you want to visit the shops/bars/restaurants. But it’s in the quieter more residential end of the beach.Being able to climb stairs is a MUST. There is NO elevator on site.You are literally steps to the beach. There is no property on Clearwater beach closer to the sand.
