It’s a beautiful setting sure to provide lasting memories!The Space:Perfectly located between Key West’s famous Duval Street, and a charming residential lane in Old Town, Duval Street Suites offers the best of all worlds. One door leads to lively entertainment, shopping and world famous dining; and the other the door to your own private swimming pool (heated and cooled) and tropical landscaped gardens. Whether you choose to adventure about Old Town Key West or escape to private sunbathing, it can all be done from this truly unique property. If you are vacationing with family and friends, Duval Street Suites offers a truly unique layout with six individual suites – each suite offers a bedroom, private bathroom, dining/living area and full kitchen. Join your family and friends in the outdoor pool area or retreat to one of the spectacular bedroom suites for private time. The layout at Duval Street Suites provides many options for your group. The two front suites overlook Duval Street and are positioned perfectly for watching all of the day or nighttime activities of the world famous boulevard. The 6 one bedroom suites are all individually designed and decorated with about 400 luxurious square feet each to relax and enjoy. Choose your getaway – Paradise Suite, Key Lime Suite, Little Palm Suite, Key West Suite, Cuban Club Suite or Mile Zero Suite. Vibrant Caribbean colors and décor with relaxed and enjoyable furnishings make up each suite. Four of the suites offer King size beds and Queen sofa sleepers. The Mile Zero Suite and Cuban Suite has a Queen bed and Queen sofa sleeper. The other 4 suites have one King bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa each. All suites are complete with all standard hotel accommodations, including a full private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, and internet, and access to two washer and dryers. The private pool area has 3 BBQ grills, lounge chairs and dining and picnic areas for your group. The 4 parking spaces in the rear of the property are free of charge for guests. Again, Duval Street Suites offers a unique vacation spot for your group. We are a family locally owned and operated vacation rental.Guest Access:Duval Street Suites utilizes key-less entry and self check-in. You will have access to free Wi-fi, Hulu streaming service, a private pool reserved for guest staying at the property located directly behind the building. Duval Street is located in the front of the building.The Neighborhood:Within walking distance to several highly rated restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues to meet the needs of all groups and ages. A short 5-10 minute walk will get you to: The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, Key West Lighthouse, The Hemingway Home and Museum, and Southernmost Point of the Continental USA. Mallory Square, is a 15 minute walk from the property. The street performers, food carts and sunset are sure to leave you with that warm and fuzzy feeling. Duval Street Suites is surrounded by several restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking such as: Moon Dog Café, DJ’s Clam Shack (featured on Food Network’s, “Diner’s, Drive-in’s and Dives”), Better Than Sex- A Dessert Restaurant, Blue Heaven, Sloppy Joes, Hard Rock Café and many more hidden gems along the way. Close to everything and yet its still quiet and private at the calmer end of Duval Street, but mere minutes away from all the action. Duval Street Suites is close to perfect!Getting Around:Key West is a small city on a tiny Island. Streets are narrow and often congested with cars, motorcycles, people and chickens! To save money on gas, promote a low carbon-footprint, and to protect our tropical environment, several businesses are dedicated to daily or weekly rentals such as: golf carts, scooters, bicycles, and other types of unique transportation that’s efficient and fun. Old Town Trolley Tours, has a hop-on hop-off Trolley that will get you around town with 13 different stops along the route. You can shop, eat, and sight see at your leisure and then board the train for the next adventure.
