The cleaning fee covers of our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. We provide no-contact, keyless entry. Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, along with fire blankets & extinguishers. Properties may have water leak detection, natural gas leak detection, and/or a fire suppression system. The property is treated monthly for pest control and prevention to mitigate insects/pests. However, since this property is in the mountains, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep insects/pests away from, and out of, the property at all times. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside any Drift Away Luxury Lodging rental properties, because that’s just creepy.***Drift Away Luxury Lodging properties are animal-free zones due to very severe allergies.***Use Use of fireworks & firearms are not permitted on property and is a violation of Fannin County Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance 10-24-2023.***Jodi & Steve are professional owner/operators of Drift Away Luxury Lodging and are API integrated with Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s).
