If you dont want to walk- the home comes with beach passes for your car.There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout this home. First floor includes an open kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, granite counters and lots of light. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment that a gourmet cook will need. Dining area seats 8 ( extra leaf and chairs in the basement).Large Living room with comfortable seating for TV viewing and an extra space with lots of games and books for a rainy day.Master Bedroom is on the first floor with an adjacent ceramic tiled full bath. The additional four bedrooms are on the second floor. Three of these bedrooms include a TV and firestick. The 2nd floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo .Walk out the back door to a very large and very private yard with lots of room for kids to run and play games. Barbecue on the gas grill after a day at the beach, enjoy dinner at the roomy well shaded picnic tables or chill by the firepit .The home is cooled in the summer with 2 minisplits on the first floor and 2 window ACs on the second floor. Washer and Dryer on the premise and ample parking for 4 cars in the drive. Even an extra refridgerator in the basement along with a cooler for the beach.
