There is also a sunroom with a sofa and 2 chairs.The large, first-floor master suite features a king bed, access to the pool deck, seating for 2, and access to a private bathroom with his and her sinks, walk-in shower with bench, and soaking tub. The second-floor features 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms that have tiled walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms both have king sized beds and have access to a shared balcony. There is also a queen bedroom and another king bedroom. On the third-floor, the remaining 2 bedrooms both feature 2-full sized beds each and share a bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. One bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, but it can also be accessed from the hallway.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.The back deck features lounge seating, a pool that is roughly 20 ft long, with a depth of 6 ft. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature.
