You can walk, bike, rent a scooter, hop on the free trolley that runs around downtown or even hop in an Uber anytime of the day/night.The Villa has a new kitchen with gas stove, full size appliances and a table ready for 4 people to dine at.Each bedroom has brand new furniture, with matching dressers and closets too.The entire villa is tiled and no expense was spared on the remodel.Guest Access:Guests have full access to the entire Villa. You will also have your own front porch (open), rear porch (covered and screened) with a screen door and 3 steps down to a fenced and block pavered grilling area. Also enjoy the lie down beds on the pavered area too.The rear porch offers a washer & dryer (please supply your own laundry detergent).The Neighborhood:Laurel Park Villas: Just 2 blocks away is the playground and community park. This park has a beautiful gazebo and a newly designed playground for you to enjoy! Many children’s toys can be found there and played with.
