The living room has a sleeper sofa, three teal chairs and another coastal printed armchair.The two bedrooms are to the left of the foyer. The first guest room offers a queen and twin bed and has hall access to a full bathroom with pedestal sink and walk-in shower.The master bedroom offers a king bed, SMART TV and attached bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.The private patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family meals. There is a small outdoor loveseat, gas BBQ grill and round bar height table with six chairs and umbrella.666 Queens Grant is just a short 3 minute walk to the community pool that is open from April – September and a 12 minute walk to nearest beach access!Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking.
