The large living area, an ideal place for gathering, offers high ceilings, plenty of seating, and a flat-screen TV. Just past the main living area is the dining area with seating for 6 guests. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, offering white cabinetry and a pass-through counter with bar stool seating. Additional dining space can be found in the breakfast area, located just off the kitchen, which provides seating for 6 guests, a TV, and access to the deck.Ascend the stairs to reach the master suite, which comprises the entire second floor. It offers a king bed, TV, cozy side chair and ottoman, and bathroom with double sinks and soaking tub and shower, plus access to a private deck overlooking the pool area. The remaining 3 bedrooms are found on the first floor. Off the main living area are two bedrooms – one with a king bed and another with two full beds – each with a TV and private bathroom. Located off the entry hall is another bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a twin over twin bunk bed, daybed, and twin trundle.The spacious back deck overlooks the pool and is accessible from multiple locations on the first floor. Descend the deck steps to reach the pool and spa.The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home’s front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.The spa can be heated for an additional $75 per day.This pool may be heated in cooler months for $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating.
