The sliding door opens to the back patio where there is a wrought iron table for six, two Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. This is the perfect place for alfresco dining or to just enjoy a glass of wine.Off the foyer is the ½ bath and a large master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, armchair with ottoman, 32″ TV, and access to the back patio. The master bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.On the second floor are the two guestrooms, both carpeted, with a shared bathroom that has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, bench seat, armchair, angled high ceiling, and a 32″ TV. The second guest room has a nautical theme and has two twin bunk-beds and a 21″ TV.Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking.
