No more than one person sitting in each hanging chair at a time. Please supervise children around hanging chairs.-No animals/pets allowed-No parties or events allowed-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside property (If this occurs there is a minimum $350 deodorizing charge)-When running Air conditioner all windows and doors must be closed. The AC can break or sweat creating water damage to walls when AC is running, and the windows and doors are not closed. We have smart thermostat and sensors to help make sure this is followed but request you do your part.- An accurate guest count must be given at time of booking.- There is an additional charge of $25/day for pool heating (usually needed November-March).-Please watch children.
