High-end luxury villa sleeps 16+! Amazing 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home in an upscale resort community close to all theme parks. Marble countertops, 10ft and 9ft crystal chandeliers, new appliances, private pool and hot tub, and WiFi.There are NO POOL HEAT fees, NO PARKING fees, and NO RESORT fees!The resort provides a gym, volleyball court, mini golf course, arcade, games, gift shop, community pool, cabanas, etc. Open 9am-8pm daily.The house is located 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 35 minutes from Universal. Many malls and shopping areas are nearby. 1hr to beaches.The private pool is heated at 85°F (safe for kids) and the private hot tub is set to 100°F, both settings are ideal. There is no grill at the house but you can certainly bring your own. The community has outdoor charcoal grills.The backyard and patio are not too close to the neighbors (unlike most vacation homes which are very close to each other).Several vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
