The back deck is fully gated so your furry friends can enjoy the space alongside you, and we provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners.- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this coverage is already embedded in the cleaning fee.- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, ropes course, golfing, and much more. There is also an indoor / outdoor water park that is open year-round. Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away, as are fantastic restaurants, breweries, and wineries.- The property has a large circular driveway that can accommodate 5-6 vehicles.- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. Each bedroom, plus the great room, features a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season ($6 per-person additional fee is required)- Pack n play, high chair, board games and puzzles provided- Note that this home has a wood-burning fireplace, which we DO allow guests to use (some other rental homes in the area don’t allow fireplace usage).
