This 2 acres privately gated waterfront Florida Beach House is 4200 SF 5 bedrooms residence just minutes from white sandy Clearwater Beach (5 miles).This house (#6) is managed by the LaCasaVacations, feel free to visit us for our SALTLIFE discount coupon or any questions you might have before booking on this site.The Main house offers a fabulous open floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, poker/game room, billiard table, cocktail bar, large living room and dining room; upstairs loft with 2 terraces, eat in kitchen and huge water view open area distinguished for entertainment.This house is perfect for extended family gathering, yoga retreats, group vacations, corporate meetings, coaching events, small quiet events up to 16 persons. Sorry we have no permit for WEDDINGS or BIRTHDAY parties at the house.Outdoors there is a sparkling heated pool, its own tropical private beach with palm trees and lounges, wet bar, convenient outdoor shower, bathroom, designated fish filleting station, fire pit and beautiful view of the water as well as two docks with kayaks and Stand-Up Paddle boards.You don’t have to leave the property to enjoy Florida’s best attractions like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, yoga, sunset and wildlife watching.
