The Ocean City life guard Station with bathrooms is also located at the boardwalk and 1st which is an added benefit. The house includes 4 beach tags. After the beach, you can kick back on the porch and grill up a nice dinner on the retro grill or head out to one of the local restaurants.Location: Great location and you can walk or bike to most destinations within 5 minutes. The Boardwalk starts at St. James Place which is one block south of Stenton and a very short walk. There are many other destinations in close proximity for eating out or if you have a simple grocery need. Some establishments in close proximity include the OC Island Grill and Berranato’s Deli both down the street at 1st and Atlantic, Brown’s on the boardwalk at St. Charles, TJ’s Ice Cream and Express Pizza at Atlantic and Battersea, Pessano’s 5 & dime at 3rd and Atlantic, and the Wonderland Rides on the Boardwalk at 5th Street. There are also great full service restaurants with bars in Somers Point which is a short drive north over the Long Port Bridge. Some favorites are the Anchorage, Bahia and Smitty’s Clam Bar all on Bay Street in Somers Point.
