On the third floor, you will find three additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, a junior primary suite, has a private balcony overlooking the lagoon.Enjoy sweeping lagoon views from the home’s generous back deck. A swimming pool, a spa, a flat-screen TV, and lounge seating await. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement.
