Open plan living / dining / kitchen area provides the hub of the home and leads outside to a private covered pool and spa with Free Pool /Spa Heat for reservations May 1st -September 15th. Other times optional heat is $30 per daily, or Spa Heat Only at $17.50 per day. Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch & dinner with Keurig & all the appliances, cookware & utensils you could need. Make your own Mickey Waffles! Creates 6 mickey waffles. Pour 3 on the top, flip & then pour 3 more on the bottom. Kids will LOVE these waffles!! Waffle batter dispenser provided as well! Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that seats 10 guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Management company has completed its inventory and occupancy report. Guests are liable for all damage and loss to the vacation homes during their stay. Optional $2000 Accidental Damage Waiver is available for purchase prior to check in.Property Occupancy Terms• By Florida State Law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. The maximum occupancy excludes children under the age of three years old.• The property is provided for general vacation use only. Vacation rentals may not to be used for events or group gatherings that exceed occupancy. Only Guests’ whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in the home. Any Guest having events or group gatherings in the home or exceeding the numbers of authorized Guests will be immediately evicted without a refund.• The guest agrees to abide by all HOA association rules, including but not limited to a quiet time of 10 pm to 7 am, parking rules and no events policy. Note, Resort HOA areguarded and gated 24/7 to monitor resort access.• If during the rental period, any law or ordinance is violated, or the property is used for any immoral purpose, occupancy will be immediately terminated without refund.• The Guest making the reservation must be 22 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of stay booked for the reservation.
