Backs to greenbelt for great views! Home has 4 bedrooms with queen/king beds and 3 bedrooms with bunkbeds/twin beds. One of the bedrooms is on main floor with queen bed and 1 bathroom on main floor. Total sleeping capacity=18.Movie theater room and a game room with pool table, foosball, dart board, flat screen TV, video game systems, and more! Free wifi, full kitchen with utensils and plates/bowls/cups, laundry room with washer and dryer, living room with 75″ TV and DVD player, and dining room. Backyard pool area includes table and chairs, lounge chairs, one large pool, one hot tub/sauna pool, and one shallow kiddie pool (with child safety fence). Heat can be turned on for pool and hot tub for an additional cost. Trash service comes 2x per week. Driveway can park 3 vehicles. On-street parking available. Portable crib, high chair, and stroller at home. All bedrooms have TV’s, cable TV, and DVD players. Two large soaking tubs with separate showers. Bathroom on or near all bedrooms.Home is 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom gates and 10 minutes from all other Disney Parks gates. 5 minutes from Interstate to get to Sea World and Universal Studios.
